At a glance
- Your content stays on your device. We do not receive what you create in the Apps.
- No ads, no tracking, no selling. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
- Permissions only when needed. Asked only when you use a feature that needs them.
- No cookies. The Website has no analytics or advertising cookies.
1. Information we handle
- In the Apps: your content, settings and history are stored only on your device. If a feature ever needs to send data to a server, the App will tell you what is sent and why, and ask for your consent first.
- On the Website: your theme and language are saved in your browser. The Smaia assistant runs in your browser; what you type is not sent to us.
- When you email us: we receive your email address and message.
We use this information only to provide the Apps and the Website, reply to you, keep our services secure and comply with the law. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
2. Device permissions
Depending on the App, it may ask for the camera, photos and files, microphone, or notifications and alarms. Each permission is used only for the feature you choose, after you allow it. You can turn permissions off at any time in your device settings.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. To deliver the Website, our hosting and content providers (Cloudflare, Google Fonts and unpkg) receive technical data such as your IP address. Apple and Google handle App downloads under their own policies. We may also disclose information when required by law. Some providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention and deletion
- Device data stays until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
- Browser settings stay until you clear your browser’s site data.
- Emails are kept up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer.
5. Security
The Website and any data an App sends use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to information we receive is limited to people who need it to help you.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Apps made for children follow the App Store and Google Play rules for children’s apps. Parents can contact us to have their child’s information deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@braitoli.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR), you may also complain to a data protection authority.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and announce important changes on the Website or in the Apps. Contact: Braitoli, contact@braitoli.com.
